Impegno di Riservatezza

In ottemperanza della Legge n°56/1989  (art.13 lett. C del Regolamento UE 2016/679 - di seguito GDPR e D.Lgs. 101/2018) ed ai Codici Deontologici delle professioni coinvolte, la formazione in oggetto riguarda l'uso degli strumenti conoscitivi e di intervento per la prevenzione, la  diagnosi, le attività di abilitazione-riabilitazione  e  di  sostegno in ambito psicologico rivolte alla persona, al gruppo, agli organismi sociali e alle comunità.

Tale formazione è strettamente riservata a professionisti e studenti nell’ambito dei relativi percorsi universitari e post-universitari di abilitazione. Tutti i partecipanti alla formazione in oggetto sono pertanto tenuti alla riservatezza ed al segreto professionale, impegnandosi a non riferire, diffondere o pubblicare qualsiasi informazione relativa a fatti e persone.

 

Confidentiality Commitment

 In compliance with Law No. 56/1989 (Article 13 letter C of EU Regulation 2016/679 - hereinafter GDPR and Legislative Decree 101/2018) and the Deontological Codes of the professions involved, the training in question concerns the use of cognitive and intervention tools for prevention, diagnosis, habilitation-rehabilitation and psychological support activities aimed at individuals, groups, social organizations and communities.

This training is strictly reserved for professionals and students in the context of related university and post-university qualification courses. All participants in the training in question are therefore bound to confidentiality and professional secrecy, undertaking not to report, widespread or publish any information relating to facts and people.

Conformément à la loi n° 56/1989 (article 13 lettre C du règlement UE 2016/679 - ci-après RGPD et décret législatif 101/2018) et aux codes déontologiques des professions concernées, la formation en question concerne l'utilisation des outils cognitifs et d'intervention des outils pour les activités de prévention, de diagnostic, d'adaptation-réadaptation et de soutien psychologique destinées aux individus, aux groupes, aux organisations sociales et aux communautés.

Cette formation est strictement réservée aux professionnels et aux étudiants dans le cadre de cursus universitaires et post-universitaires. Tous les participants à la formation en question sont donc tenus à la confidentialité et au secret professionnel, s'engageant à ne pas rapporter, diffuser ou publier toute information relative aux faits et aux personnes.

 В соответствии с Законом № 56/1989 (статья 13 раздел C Регламента ЕС 2016/679 — далее GDPR и Законодательный декрет 101/2018) и деонтологическими кодексами соответствующих профессий, рассматриваемое обучение касается использования когнитивных и интервенционных средств профилактики, диагностики, абилитационно-реабилитационных в области психологии, направленных на отдельных лица, группы, социальные организации и сообщества.

Это обучение строго предназначено для профессионалов и студентов в контексте соответствующих университетских и переквалифицированных курсов. Все участники соответствующего обучения обязаны соблюдать конфиденциальность и профессиональную тайну, обязуясь не сообщать, не распространять и не публиковать любую информацию, касающуюся фактов и людей.

Psychoanalytic and Micropsychoanalytic supervisions November 2022-June 2023 - Active participants

PROGRAM

The course includes n. 14 supervisions of 2.5 hours, on Saturday  (17.00-19.30) every 2 weeks.

Supervisors are qualified training psychoanalysts, members of different national and international psychoanalytic societies.

There are two types of participants:

  1. Active participants (no more than 14) will discuss clinical cases with the supervisor. The participant who will present the case must send the material 1 week before the supervision date, to allow the written translation by the interpreter who will send it to all subscribers. The material, 2/3 pages long, consists of:
    • brief personal and family history of the patient: repetitions and trauma
    • request for analysis / therapy
    • choice of the setting and its characteristics
    • reasons for choosing the setting
    • possible use of the technical instruments of micropsychoanalysis
    • transference
    • protocol of a session
  2. Passive participants (no more than 30): in each session will have the possibility to ask the supervisor 1 question of 1 minute.

In total respect of the privacy of the discussed cases, no reference to names and places is allowed. All participants must sign the privacy form.

At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate of 35-hour professional  updating.
